The Princeton Tec Eos is a powerful and compact headtorch. The light source is a regulated 1 watt Maxbright LED
powered by 3 AAA batteries and weighing only 105g inc batteries. For an explanation of regulated LEDs please see the box at the bottom of the page.
A 55m beam, 3 power settings and a flash mode make this a very versatile headtorch suited to most users.
Princeton Tec have quoted unregulated burn times for their lamps so they can be compared to other non regulated brands of headlamp but because their lamps ARE regulated there are another set of burn times which is what you will actually acheive.
The true burn times have been used here but have not been used on Princeton Tec's website or many other retail site's pages. Although the burn times are drastically reduced for regulated LEDs it should be remembered that the light output will not dim at all, where as unregulated LEDs gradually dim over time.

The Princeton Tec Eos is a compact headlamp with a great beam and battery life. It is completely waterproof to a depth of 1m and ideal for all but those that need a mega penetrating beam.
