The Primus Micron Lantern is a compact lantern that provides superb quality light when you need it along with a reasonable degree of heat, enough for any tent.
The stainless steel mesh globe makes the Micron almost indestructible and protects the mantel from breaking. The Micron uses screw on LP gas cylinders, this allows them to be removed when on the move or for other gas devices such as cookers. The Piezoelectric Easy Trigger provides reliable ignition, and the burner is very efficient and burns quietly producing up to 235 lumens of light.

Primus Micron Lantern Review

I did a little research into buying a gas lantern before deciding on this one. I choose this lantern for the following reasons:
- It's made by Primus, who are REALLY great!
- Mesh Mantle Cover, is a great idea and very few others on the market have this.
- Slow burn rate, this is stingy on the gas, but great on the light.
I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting to spend that little bit extra on a great quality lantern.
