I absolutely love this mug. I use it whenever I take my dog, Stanerley for a walk or traipsing around Glencoe. It keeps the contents so very hot, even up to 10hours. A brilliant non drip seal. First class piece of kit.

Most things have been said about this product except that it really does keep liquids very hot for 5/6 hours, not the one or two mentioned by some - all you have to do is put boiling water into the mug prior to filling with your favourite drink, and pop the lid on. Leave it for as long as practical (say minimum 3 minutes)and immediately replace with your boiling drink. This way just try to drink it after a couple of hours and you'll have burns!

I've had this mug for two weeks now and it is excellent. I take it to work in the van every morning and don’t have to worry about it spilling, (I can hold it upside down and shake it and not spill a drop) so no more wet seats or carpets! I have left it for 5 hours up to now and my coffee was still red hot. A couple of people have even mentioned what a good mug it looks!

Overall a fantastic product.

I bought one for a mate who drives all over the country and likes his coffee (guinea pig birthday present). He used it all the time and thought it was great. I then decided to buy one for myself rather than continue to pay for coffee at the station - I guessed it would pay for itself in under two weeks, and it did. It keeps plenty hot for at least a couple of hours (which is all you need for commuting), and the click button is easy to use and stops any chance of spilling. It is too big to put in a pocket - but this one is leak proof and fits well in a rucksack or bag. (some online reviewers have had leak problems with products that have subsequently been replaced - just a batch manufacturing issue I guess). The product feels very well built and I expect it to last for decades. All in all - one of my favourite things for daily use.

I bought this mug about 5 months ago and I use it almost everyday for commuting by my van and for travel all over the country. I owned few mugs over the years and this mug in my opinion is the best. It does keep my cappuccino warm for a long time even for 3 hours.

Only one downside I see is the cap design. It is hard to keep it clean. This mug is quite heavy and this makes it impractical for hiking or camping. Vaccum flasks are better for these activities. But for travelling by car this mug is irreplaceable.

I purchased this cup to replace the raceface one that had a little accident at work. To say I'm impressed with it would be an understatement. Keeps drinks piping hot for a good two to three hours. Looks pretty cool as well with the powder coat finish although how long that stays like that maybe up for debate. Overall a really great product, and as stated in the description fits nicely in a bottle cage for all those cycle commuters. No real negatives that I can think of!

Mixed review. This travel mug is incredibly well made and sturdy. Despite this it is extremely comfortable to hold in your hand and drink from. I specifically wanted a tumbler type mug without a handle.
The click drinking mechanism also works well and allows one handed use. The mug keeps drinks very hot for a couple of hours. So all in all was delighted with
Unfortunately the mug I received had a faulty seal and was not leakproof at the rim. A trickle would leak out if not kept upright. I returned to Facewest for an exchange. Received excellent service but unfortunately no more in stock until Mid Feb so received full refund of product and return postage.
Disappointing as otherwise fantastic product. Assured by staff that not a regular problem and I obviously got a faulty item.
