The Playtpus Drinktube is designed to convert any platypus bottle or bladder with a screw top closure into a hydration system. It is also a like-for-like replacement for a damaged or dirty tube for the Hoser hydration system.
The Drinktube can also be used to replace the hose on almost any other hydration system simply by removing the white plastic screw cap and fitting the tube directly to the bladder.

It is what it is: design simplicity. Transform your Platypus bag into a hydration bladder in moments. The screw cap is good and strong and creates a good seal... it will also fit standard plastic threaded bottle tops.
The tubing connections are good and strong and mine has never leaked in 2 years. The hose is flexible and generally doesn't contaminate the taste of your water. This kit gives you a great hydration system at a fraction of the cost of other leading brands.

I purchased this as a replacement after I lost the drinking valve from the original tube. This model has a much more securely attached valve and the tubing is more hygienic. An excellent upgrade to a good product and it arrived very quickly
