Ortovox S1+
£349.00
The Ortovox S1+ is a three antenna digital transceiver. It is an update on the popular S1 transceiver and retains its simple interface and flip out design but adds the Position Recognition System found in the Ortovox 3+ (See Related Products below). This means that should you happen to be caught in an avalanche the transceiver will vary the antenna from which it transmits to maximise the area over which the transceiver can be seen.
Beyond this, the S1+ is very similar to the S1, it features a highly intuitive search interface including information about the locations of multiple victims. In the final phase of the search the display changes to allow for pinpoint positioning. The S1+ is fully updateable, so if you buy the transceiver from us any future software updates will be performed for free, details below. The S1+ is a fantastic addition to our three transceiver lineup, we'll have a video review and more detailed information soon.
