The OMM Mountain Raid 1.6 is the better choice for colder events or for those that feel the cold more than most. In order to keep the weight of the bag to a minimum it has not been cut to be spacious but instead quite snug. When you're on the move the Mountain Raid packs down unbelievably small taking up very little of your already minimal pack.
Primaloft One insulation is not only very warm but has been treated with silicon to enable it to resist water and will keep working even when wet. 100g/m² Primaloft has been used in the top of the bag and 60g/m² in the base. This is because you will probably be using a sleeping mat for insulation in this area and this helps to keep the weight to a minimum. The insulation is stitched to the Point Zero liner fabric while the outer is loose. This loose outer helps the insulation to loft and preventing cold spots.
Point Zero is a featherweight ripstop Nylon that is highly wind resistant and has a DWR treatment for moisture protection. The short zip allows for reasonably easy access, and certainly is better than no zip at all. The Raid 1.6 is a specialist bag designed to be minimalist and is ideal for mountain marathons or lightweight backpackers alike.

Only used this so bag once so far but it is lightweight and packs down easily. Seems well suited to 2-3 season UK use. I've bought it for bikepacking as it packs small, so far so good. Plenty of room inside for a six foot adult, with a down jacket and extra layers you could probably get away with using it at sea level through winter as well in the UK.
Ultra light and very small pack size easy to pack away would rate it at two season, three at a push. Bad points are the zip can only be accessed from the outside. I'm 5'8" tall slim build and only just fit in it and fabric is very slippery on inflatable sleeping mat which can get a bit annoying. But it is worth the compromise just for the weight and size compared to other sleeping bags.
I bought this for mountain marathoning in the UK where the weather temperature can be very cold in the autumn when many of these events are held. I needed a lightweight, compact sized sleeping bag to fit in a 22L rucksack for these type of events and also couldn't rely on it being kept completely dry to trust a down bag. I tend not to feel the cold so didn't need a very warm bag but didn't want the risk of not being able to sleep at all with a much cooler bag and so, for this reason, didn't opt for the OMM Raid 1.0.
Have tested it in 'normal' conditions but not when especially cold - yet - and so far so good! Pros: lightweight, small pack size, warm even when wet, no fuss design Cons: pricey, heavier than a comparable down bag.
