The Xero 150 does not have a hood or a 3D neck collar.
The Mountain Equipment Xero 150 Sleeping Bag is available in 2 lengths, Standard and XL. The lengths given are external measurements of the bag which is a little confusing but people upto 185cm in height should be fine in the standard and those taller go for the XL.
