Mountain Equipment Windchill Grip Glove Review
Reviewer: richard heard, bolton, lancs (28-12-2010)
Excellent gloves that do exactly what they say they'll do - they GRIP ! ! ! I'm sure they have serious outdoor uses, but they are equally good for gripping the freezing de-icer can on frosty mornings and the steering wheel until the heater kicks in. The grip runs up the fingers as well as the palm, which is very welcome and great for driving. I've had wind-stopper gloves for a couple of years, but they always lacked grip which meant taking them off sometimes, these don't have that problem. They are still quite new, so I can't comment on the longevity of the grippy surface, but for now, they're great. They are of course very warm due to the wind-stopper lining and extremely comfortable, but sadly not waterproof.
Facewest, as always, brilliant. Cheers.
