I love the quality, I love the weight, I love the fit and they pack down nice & small but the lack of lining means they’ll always be second choice so I tend to use them as a ‘just-in-case’ overtrouser. It’s perhaps a bit unfair to criticise but the build-up of condensation against the skin can be quite annoying if you’re putting them over shorts, not such a problem when you’re using them over trousers. The side zips are great though, they’re on and off in seconds without having to worry about squeezing them over your boots. They’re plenty waterproof too, not had an issue at all. A good choice for something to chuck in your pack when you’re not expecting foul weather but I wouldn’t want to use them for a whole day walking in the rain.

I picked up a pair of these off a mate who had bought the wrong size. I saw them as perfect for summer hill walking and some multi pitch climbing. So far they have been great!

The fit is fairly articulated and they are easily adjusted in the waist. In terms of breathability, their not the best, but at this level you get what you pay for. They are perfect for taking out on decent looking summer days as a 'just in case' waterproof. Certainly not for winter! Great price for what they are though.
