The Mountain Equipment Himal Jacket is a lightweight, insulated mountaineering jacket that has been designed for climbers and mountaineers operating in the harshest conditions. In changeable conditions it's not enough for your jacket to be warm, it has to keep the weather at bay whatever conditions come along. The Himal's windproof and water resistant outer will provide this protection, allowing you to stay warm in really cold environments.

The body of the Himal has a box wall construction which ensures that the 90/10 down insulation can work to it maximum ability through the core of the body, while the stitch through constructed arms allow the climber the ability to move with minimum restriction while retaining good levels of warmth. The windproof Drilite Loft II outer fabric will ensure protection form icy winds while the water resistance will easily shed snow keeping you dry as you climb or shelter.
