The Eos 1 Person tent is the lightest tent that Marmot make, aimed at the solo hiker or bike tourist. It is possible to squeeze 2 people inside for a night or two like for a mountain marathon but it's going to be very cosy. Where the Marmpt Eos 1P excels is providing light and adequate space for the solo traveller. At 1.24 Kg (minimum weight without bags & spares) the Eos is fine for 1 person to carry even with plenty of height gain to contend with.
