The Mammut Albaron Jacket is a top of the range Gore Tex Pro Shell jacket designed for mountaineers and ski tourers. At 440g it is one of our lightest men's Pro-Shell jackets especially for it's features. It has a new hood design with a great range of adjustment, pit zips for ventilation and printed reinforcement on the shoulders.

Gore Tex Pro Shell is an amazing blend of breathability and low weight. It is Gore's premier hard shell fabric and a firm favourite here at Facewest. If you're going to be slogging uphill in a downpour or skinning in the harshest weather conditions then Pro Shell should be top of your priority list.

Mammut have designed the chest pockets on the Albaron to be as easy to access as possible whether you're wearing a harness, gloves or both. Sitting high on the chest and with exceptionally long waterproof zippers it's easy to get your hand in and out to grab mobile, map or GPS with the minimum of fuss.
