The MSR Quick Solo System is a very lightweight minimalist cooking set for the fast and light solo backpacker, adventure racer or alpinist.

The pot is made from anodised aluminium that is not only light but very durable and has a capacity of 1.3 litres. The lid can also be used as a strainer thanks to the small holes to one side. The system comes complete with an insulted mug that stows easily into the pan while the Talon handle folds over securing the whole system.
