    When in need of Cooking Gear instead of lightest possible frying thingies, this is your tool. Thick(ish) aluminum/steel bottom ensures better heat distribution with often so narrow flame patterns of common gas and alcohol cookers. It's been told to be "easy to clean", well, it's not teflon. I have burned some fish badly enough to spend quite awhile cleaning this pan. But on the other hand, it's not teflon, so you can scrub it with whatever tools you have. Steel pan you buy, steel pan you get. A good one, that is.
