 The Limited Edition Wave for Leatherman's 25th birthday is made from high quality stainless steel and is polished to a briliant mirror finish, making this special wave beautifully eye catchiing but every bit as practical as a standard wave.
The Anniversary Wave has exactly the same blades and bits as the standard wave (see below) and carries the same 25 year warranty but also includes the limited edition crest and Tim Leatherman's signature as well as the mirror polishing. One of the handles is still blank which leaves us room to add your own personal engraving.
As well as the special features the Anniversary Wave comes packed in a very smart presentation tin with an anniversary grey nylon pouch. The Limited Edition 25th Anniversary Wave makes an ideal gift for yourself or someone else.
The images do not really do the mirror polishing on the Anniversary wave justice. It really is a silver mirror finish rather than a standard stainless steel finish.
The Wave is the most popular Leatherman tool by quite some margin. The Wave has 4 locking blades (knife, serrated knife, file and saw) that are on the outside of the tool and can be used without opening the tool up, whilst all the other tools are inside the handles. The Wave features a bit driver which holds a double ended bit. A philips and flat head screwdriver bit is included with the Wave. There is also the LT27 bit kit (sold seperately) which has 21 double ended bits in holder and sheath, so you can choose which bit to store with your Wave or carry them all if your jobs require them.
