The inov-8 Bare Grip 200 is a sensational shoe that provides the benefits of barefoot running combined with the aggressive grip of a full off trail shoe. Ideal for experienced bare foot runners that want to get more out of this style of running. Please see this blog post for more information on inov-8 philosophy and natural running.
The ZERO shock zone has no height differential along the length of the sole. Enabling all the natural power from your foot to transfer directly through the shoe providing excellent propulsion. The graded lugs on the sticky rubber sole combined with widely spaced cleats ensure good grip and mud shedding performance.
The Met-Cradle lacing system hold the mid foot secure behind the metatarsal heads. This provides a secure fit and allows the forefoot to flex as you move yet minimises foot movement within the shoe when ascending, descending and contouring.

Took my Bare Grip's into the Mourne Mountains for a 22 mile run last weekend. Really pleased with them, super grip, super light, perfect if your a fore foot trail runner!! I would highly recommend!!
