The Helly Hansen Gaupe MTB Short Sleeve is from Helly Hansen's Cool range (as opposed to their Dry and Warm ranges). The idea of the cool range is to deal with warmer and perhaps more humid environments where the standard Lifa may become completely waterlogged. The Gaupe uses a CoolGrid rear panel. This waffled 3D panel creates air channels against your back for greater evaporation and comfort. Mesh panels for the armpit and shoulders give excellent ventilation where you need it most. Lifa and Polyester blend front panel for a great fit.
