The Exped Ultralite Compression Bag is a totally waterproof bag that is ideal for the fast and light adventure racer or backpacker wanting to keep clothes or a sleeping bag dry, and compressed to take up the minimum space.
The Ultralite Compression Bag is quick and easy to use. Stuff your sleeping bag or clothes in and pull the compression cords tight. Then roll the closure down and snap the buckle closed.

Exped Ultralite Compression Bag Review

These Dry Bags are exactly the same as the Exped Ultra Light Dry Bags range but these have 3 compression straps going around the bottom half of the dry bag. They carrying the same robustness and built quality of the Exped Dry Bag Range but with the added benefit of being light weight. Even the 3 compression straps hardly add any weight.
The size small is the same size as the Large dry bag in the normal range. I recently used one of these for my rab down jacket on a recent trip away. It was outstanding the added feature of the compression straps made it much easier to pack my down jacket in a more convenient place inside my pack.

Excellent idea and very handy. As with all other Exped bags they are light, durable and extremely waterproof but these also compress using the elastic to force excess air out of the bag, brilliant when trying to save space!
Only downside is I’ve over tightened one of mine and snapped the elastic making that feature redundant.
