The Exped SIM Comfort Mats are the luxury mats from the Exped Mat range. They are 10cm thick providing you with a fantastic level of comfort. These mats are ideal for basecamp, the car camper and canoeist, but a bit heavy for carrying on your back for any distance.

SIM, self inflating mattress, are easily inflated just open the flat valve, with it's wide opening, and the air rushes in. If you require a firmer mattress then a couple of good breaths will ensure a firm bed. The surface of the mattress is comfortable against the skin while the body is held off the ground by open cell PU foam.

The Long Wide was previously called the DLX. There has been no change to the mat other than the name. When you order a Long Wide mat you may receive the DLX
