The Dakine Girls Alpine is a superlight ski pack for resort and front-country skiers. Unlike most ski sacks it doesn't feature a ski carry system, ruling it out for tourers, however it does have several features which make it a must for those who don't need to walk long distances. At 14L it is the ideal size for lunch, some spare clothing and a few other essentials without being uncomfortable to wear all day.
The Girls Alpine features a fleece lined goggle pocket which prevents your lenses getting scratched whilst giving you quick access if the weather turns. Two mesh bottle pocket allow easy access to water without removing your pack whilst helmet straps provide a secure cradle for your lid when you're taking things easy.

Bought this rucksack for my girlfriend for day trips. Great small rucksack! Helmet carry is very useful likewise the goggle pocket, and the separate pocket for water / drinks. It is a small rucksack but if all you need is a change of warm clothes and your lunchbox this is perfect.
