The following crampons are all perfectly suited to Ski Touring.

These crampons are 10 points, which is less technical than a full 12 point set, but lighter and easier for waliking. This style of crampon is great for use when the snow gets steep or icy- such as nearing the top of a col or the occasional mixed ice/ snow slope. They are not really designed for difficult mountaineering- you will need 12 point crampons for this.

These crampons all have easy bindings for use with Ski boots.

The lightest crampons here are aluminium which makes for a very light crampon, but this type of crampon is definatley aimed at the ski tourer rather than the mountaineer since aluminium will not withstand regular hard use on rock. (But fine for the occasional Mixed ridge etc).
