The Coll Tex CamLock Flexi Mix skin is a great quality skin that will fit just about any ski. At 2 metres long and 120mm wide plus flexible tail clip and 2 sizes of tip bail, this trim to fit skin really will give great coverage over any ski.
The skin uses a mixture of synthetic fibres and natural mohair to give a great combination of grip and glide to make your climbing easier. The skin has tip and tail fixings and needs to be trimmed for length and width to match your skis. Scroll down to see a YouTube window of how to trim your skis. It's made by Black Diamond but the process is exactly the same for Coll Tex skins as the attachment system is very similar.
The tail fitting is the Camlock Flexi (hence the name) which is a flexible stainless steel hook that will fit over the tail of any ski regardless of thickness and also adjusts the skin tension. The skin is supplied with two sets of wire bails for tip fitting which between them will fit just about any ski.
Both sets of bails can be seen in the top image. The Camlock flexi tail clip can be seen in the lower image.
Also supplied in the package is a storage bag for the skins, cutting and useage instructions, cutting tool, edge sealant (to be used after trimming), cutting template, ski tie and goggle cloth.
