    Full Description

The Black Diamond Soloist Glove is a warm and waterproof two-part mountaineering and climbing glove that offers excellent protection from the elements while remaining dexterous. The Soloist glove combines a BD.dry waterproof insert with an Empel DWR on the shell and a long gauntlet cuff for complete weather protection.

The shell can be used alone on warmer days, while the insulated liner, filled with PrimaLoft Gold Cross Core, dries quickly, and insulates even when wet. The reinforced goat leather palm stands up to rocky terrain, repeated rope handling and the wear and tear associated with dedicated mountain use.

    Black Diamond Soloist Glove Features

    • Waterproof BD.dry insert
    • 100% recycled shell fabrics with stretch
    • Removable liner with 170 g PrimaLoft Gold Insulation with Cross Core on back of hand and 133 g PrimaLoft Gold with Grip Control on the palm

    • Goat-leather palm and palm patch
    • Foam padding on knuckles

What a Glove.... Before a route, after a route and even on the belay they are super warm. Some may feel they are too bulky for climbing as I do but lets be honest we all have at least 3 pairs of gloves in the bag. A dextrous pair a warm pair and a spare.... These are my go to warm pair from now on for sure.

Bought for my wife as well were skiing in Norway and cold temperatures were expected. As you might expect from Black Diamond it is a great glove. Warm even though you can still move your fingers. Looks good with pretty much anything (for those who have aesthetic concerns). Would definitely recommend, particularly at its price point.
