Arcteryx Zenta AR Glove Review
Reviewer: A Huddart, London (3-1-2012)
Brilliant glove for cold weather, used so far for a week’s skiing over New Year 11/12 in mixed conditions.
Great fit, just right for me. I went a size up on what’s suggested and that’s about right, maybe I’ve got long fingers?! A surprising about of dexterity for the level of insulation though.
Speaking of which, they’re very warm for gloves. On my trip, I worm then for the mornings but unseasonable warm temperatures in the afternoon sunshine meant swapping to thinner gloves. Switzerland next week looks a lot colder so I expect to be wearing them all day on that trip.
Only gripe is price but on the basis of ‘buy once, buy well’, I expect good service from them and they look like rewarding me with it. They’ll be getting a lot of action this winter for me and come highly recommended if you’re looking for a fully waterproof glove for cold weather.
