The Arcteryx Solano Jacket is a lightweight windproof jacket for the summer months, constructed from Gores Windstopper fabric. It is ideal for the active person who needs a jacket with good breathability and provides protection from the cutting wind, making this an ideal piece for summer climbing in the high mountain environment. It is one of the lightest Gore Windstopper jackets we sell thanks to its lightly insulating brushed polyester lining.

The Solano is cut to provide good articulation allowing for freedom of movement for the climber or hiker. The outer polyester faced shell will shed moisture efficiently and provide good levels of water resistance. Inside the body has a brushed, moisture wicking polyester lining that also provides a level of insulation. The nylon sleeve lining provides minimum resistance allowing for freedom of movement so you know unrestricted long reaches will not be hindered.
