The Arcteryx Womens Delta LT Zip is a classic fleece half-zip top which makes for an ideal lightweight mid layer or even a base layer in colder climates in the mountains.
The Delta LT is made from Polartec Classic 100 Micro Velour Small Grid which has excellent wicking properties and is very light and highly breathable, this garment offers excellent weight to warmth. The deep chest zip allows for easy venting if things start to get to warm. The cut allows for even insulation through out and layering comfort.

As usual with Arcteryx clothes, you get a nice close fit and the arms are long enough,too! I usually buy Medium, but a Large was fine, with a longer yet not floppier fit, and still well-cut with enough space to move in. Pleasant stretchy fleece that repels a light spring rain on my first time out with it, yet more breathable than a waterproof/water resistant running jacket and thus my preference in such conditions. Runners that can actually do some distance in rain gear may disagree with me here, but I really prefer the breathability of fleece. So lightweight it is no bother having it tied around my waist for longer hill climbs. I bought this fleece in the Bondi blue, a bright turquoise colour that I hope saves me from being run into by terrain cyclists using the same trails!
